Cycling fun at East Coast
We had some cycling adventures round East Coast Park with sporty Aunty Ann and my cousins Rebecca and Pamela. The place is literally packed with people cycling, roller-blading, jogging, fishing or just relaxing. I am amazed by the great number of young families on bikes with kids and elderly couples on tandems - must be because it's the school holidays!
Ready, get set ... and the water gushes in!
Morgan had cold feet at first but he gradually took his first steps of wading into the sea on his own!
Mummy forgot to bring along his new pair of swimming trunks so he had to go skinny-dipping! And how can anyone miss an ice-cream moment by the beach?

How nice you have great fun in the alwyas-summer-time Singapore and the great foods. I missed the green chili in Singapore style.
Pat when you have time, I would like to ask U some questions about breastfeeding and sleep time or you can reply me in email.
Nathan dose not really sleep recently during the day time now but roughly he has 3-hours feeding. At night he can usually skip one feed. But I want to know when you start to train Mogran to sleep earlier (I remember 8 o'clock is his bed time, right?) and how you do that. In addition to that, Nathan is into sucking his hands or dummy recently. As a mother you know. There are many ideas about to be dummy or not to.
Drop me a line when you have time.
P.S. check out my terrible postpartum care on my blog when U have time.
Cheers,
Leigh
